Our Featured Agents:
We partner with REALTORS™ who specializes in helping clients in active adult retirement communities. RetirementAbodes.com works with referral Realtors who are very knowledgeable about the communities they represent on the RetirementAbodes.com website. Many of our featured Realtors have marketed themselves as active adult retirement community specialists for years and some are also residents of an active adult retirement community on the RetirementAbodes.com site.
Our Featured Realtors must be full time REALTORS™ who are “Top Agents” in their market place and have excellent customer service skills, great follow up and are excited to help prospective referral clients. Once you become an RetirementAbodes.com Featured Realtor you will receive referral leads almost daily in our larger markets. When a referral client submits a Request for Information on a Community through one our community pages, an email is sent to you and you will then log into the RetirementAbodes.com portal to receive the referral lead. You are then asked make contact right away. You will then work with the referral client, providing information, showing them homes for sale and answering questions about the active adult retirement community until the referral Buys, Sells or Rents/Leases a home. If the referral client buys, sells or leases a home with you as their Realtor, you and/or your brokerage will then pay a referral fee to RetirementAbodes.com (A Nevada Licensed Real Estate Broker).
What does this referral service cost me?:
There are no upfront lead costs. RetirementAbodes.com will receive a referral fee from you and/or your brokerage after the lead(s) provided to you results in a closed transaction.
Requirements to become an RetirementAbodes Featured Realtor:
You must be a REALTOR™, licensed real estate agent and/or broker in good standing with your State, local Realtor™ Association and MLS Board.
You must have a Seniors Real Estate Specialists (SRES) designation from the National Association of Realtors (NAR).

You must be an expert in any of the communities you represent on RetirementAbodes.com. To be an expert RetirementAbodes.com expects that you know a lot more than other Realtors/Real Estate Agents regarding the communities you represent on RetirementAbodes.com. You should know for example the various home plan names/floor plans, prices, HOA fees, community amenities, area outside of the community and the rules and regulations of the community, but it is NOT limited to just these few. Remember you are the community expert and the client expects you to be too.
We’re sorry, but we don’t accept large teams as featured Realtors (smaller teams will be considered). RetirementAbodes.com wants a one on one, personal and hands on approach with our referrals clients sent to our featured Realtors.
