After visiting friends many times in Sun City Summerlin and really liking the community I finally decided to purchase a secondary home there.
My intentions are retiring there within 18 months to 2 years in the meantime using it as a vacation home.
Not knowing who to contact I went to RetirementAbodes.com the site was very informative about all options for 55+ communities in Las Vegas area.
I contacted them thru the site and they set me up with Realtor Anthoney and he went right to work to find me a home.
The thing I liked about working with him was that they live in the community and know a lot about it.
Anthoney also does mortgages at Noble Home Loans. He was great and it made it a one stop process.
I was a little nervous doing an out of state transaction but they assured me that after being approved all would go easy.
Long story short Anthoney found me a home … I got a great price and I got a good rate from lender and bought the home!
Every thing went smooth I flew in last week for the signing and all went without a hitch.
Looking forward to retiring there soon!
