Henderson is second largest city in Nevada with a population of 300,000+ and is located in the South East corner of the Las Vegas Valley.

​Sun City Anthem in Henderson has 7,144 homes and @12,500 residents, making it the 2nd largest 55+ retirement community in the Las Vegas area, behind Sun City Summerlin. Opening in 1998 and completed in 2008, only resale homes are offered for sale.

Sun City Anthem offers floor plans for everyone and two types of homes to satisfy two styles of living. 31 different single-family floor plans and two villa floor plans were offered. One to four bedrooms, 1.5 to 3.5 bathrooms, 2-car garages and some with golf cart garages or an optional three-car garage. The homes are very affordable and features include, covered front entrances and rear covered patio as standard. Also, a few of the larger homes have casitas. Quite a few of the homes have views of the golf courses and/or the Las Vegas Strip.

Nearby are some really fun things to see and some road trips you may want to take. Like the Hoover Dam located just minutes away. Lake Mead offers boating and fishing and a wonderful 50 mile scenic drive to the small city of Overton. On your way back, make sure you stop by the Valley of Fire State Park

Do you want to do some great hiking just minutes away? Try Sloan Canyon National Conservation Area, or Black Mountain. They both offer some great hiking close by. Within a 3 hours’ drive is the South rim of the Grand Canyon – Bright Angel Lodge.  Bryce Canyon, Yosemite National Park and Zion National Park  are National Parks within a few hour’s drive or more and are a “MUST SEE” if you’ve never been.

The community includes three clubhouses. The largest of three recreational centers, Anthem is 77,000 square feet and has a spectacular view of the golf course and the Las Vegas Strip. The 31,000-square-feet Independence Center is home to the 300-seat Freedom Hall. Liberty Center is the newest facility in Sun City Anthem. With 22,000 square feet, it houses indoor and outdoor pools, an exercise room, and meeting and multi-purpose rooms. Warm water group exercise classes are available on a month-to-month basis. The green building design of this facility makes efficient use of resources and energy through the utilization of sustainable, renewable and regional products.

Sun City Anthem has two very challenging 18 hole golf courses. The Lexington is a 7,143-yard par 72 course that will put your shot-making skills to the test. The Concord is a 7,034-yard par 72 course that will challenge all players. Revere Golf Club amenities include a 23,000-square-feet clubhouse that houses a golf shop, full-service restaurant and bar, and banquet facilities.

The community offers over 50 clubs and interest groups and the Serenity Day Spa is located Upstairs in the Sun City Anthem Fitness Center.

All residents have access to three recreational centers that include two indoor and two outdoor pools and an indoor track, state-of-the-art fitness equipment, tennis, bocce ball, pickle ball, paddle ball, golf and an on-site restaurant. Chartered clubs and special interest groups provide residents with the opportunity to indulge their hobbies and learn new skills, spar intellectually or just sit back and enjoy regularly scheduled indoor and outdoor entertainment.
