Nearby are some really fun things to see and some road trips you may want to take. Like the Hoover Dam located just minutes away. Lake Mead offers boating and fishing and a wonderful 50 mile scenic drive to the small city of Overton. Make sure you stop by the Valley of Fire State Park on the way back. Do you want to do some great hike just minutes away? Try Sloan Canyon National Conservation area, or Black Mountain. They both offer some great hiking close by. Within a 3 hours’ drive is the South rim of the Grand Canyon – Bright Angle Lodge. Bryce Canyon, Yosemite and Zion National Park are National Parks within a few hour’s drive or more and are a “MUST SEE” if you’ve never been.
