Robson Communities began construction on SaddleBrooke in 1986, and construction is almost complete as there are only a few homesites remaining as of April 2020. SaddleBrooke is mostly a resale community, as they are currently only allowing attached style homes for new build. Over the thirty-four-year build period, numerous homes were offered across many collections, producing a community with a large assortment of varied and personalized home plans. Both courses are semi-private with special rates and tee times for community members and offer spectacular mountain views as well as onsite pro shops and practice facilities to meet all your golfing needs. For a change of scenery, drive fifteen minutes south to The View Golf Club, famous for its astounding 6,715 yard par 72 course which is a great option for players of all skill levels. After you finish your game, order a crisp beer and tasty meal at The Views restaurant and watch as the sun sinks below the stunning Arizona mountains.
