Lennar Homes, known for their spacious and open floor plans, offers nine unique models, all with two bedrooms from 1,222-2,300sq. ft. Builders Taylor Morrison offer four beautiful floor plans, all of which are three or four bedrooms and two to three car garages. These floor plans are in the mid-range size wise and range from 2,234-2,870 sq. ft. David Weekly Homes offers the largest homes and most options of all the builders with eighteen different plans to choose from. These plans have everything from two to five bedrooms with an additional den, and two to four bathrooms. David Weekly homes start the mid $500’s and range from 1,459-3,500sq. ft. and are all customizable to suit individual needs. David Weekly Homes is also the only builder in this community to offer two story floor plans. Landsea and K. Hovnanian Homes also both offer floor plans in this community, known for their outdoor living spaces and low maintenance exteriors, the nine models offered by these two builders at Victory at Verrado give buyers a range of two to three bedrooms from 1,680 to 2,288sq. ft.
