There are 16 single-family floor plan designs that range from 1,280 to over 3,343 square feet.  (Please see below for all of the floor plans and model home pictures).  Floor plans feature two to four bedrooms, two to three-and-a-half bathrooms. Every home also features a two- to three-car garage.  Homes are designed with Del Webb’s unique exterior themes. The competitively priced from $218,990 to $432,990.

The Town of Buckeye assesses a flat $3,500 infrastructure fee called a “CFD tax” (CFD stands for “Community Facilities District” you might have heard it called a LID or SID in your area) on each lot at Festival Ranch, including Sun City. A home buyer can choose to pay off the total of the CFD assessment at the time of purchase or you can choose to amortize the principal amount with interest over the course of 20 years.

Sun City Festival’s 31,000 square-foot Sage Recreation and Fitness Center is the center piece of the community along with the Skyline outdoor amphitheater.  With lots and lots of activities, classes and clubs, it’s the place where new friends meet and old friends maintain their friendships.  Cascading waterfalls and its resort-style feel, beach-entry pool, fitness center features with state-of-the-art equipment, dance and aerobics studios and a rejuvenating spa. Pickleball, bocce ball, basketball and tennis courts are located near the community center too. Make the most of sunny weather by hitting the golf course—Sun City Festival has the challenging 18-hole championship Copper Canyon Golf Club which is a beautiful course.  The course meanders through the community and offers some great golf course home sites.  The course is open to the public, but Festival Ranch residents have preferred rates and pass programs. We’ve heard another championship 18-hole course is planned for the future too.  After your round of golf, relax with your friends at the Indigo Grille. It offers a great menu for both lunch and evening dining and can we add, at very good prices too.

Looking for some indoor activities? There are dozens and dozens of clubs and classes at Sun City Festival to enjoy.  Here a few examples, but a full list is located and the bottom of the page.   Ceramics, Computer lab, Continuing Education Center, Library, Sewing studio, Spin studio and 8700 sq. ft. Woodworking room.  No matter what you like to do in your spare time, you’ll find an activity or club at Sun City Festival.

There is a small market at the community entrance for convenience items.  Regular grocery stores and franchise restaurants are about 15 minutes away in Surprise AZ.

Sun City Festival is @ 16 miles from the Banner Del E Webb Medical Center.

There are also, numerous clinics, dental practices and other medical offices close by.   Boswell Memorial Hospital, Surprise Family Urgent Care and Arrowhead Community Hospital are close by.
