Rio Verde began construction in 1973 and finished up in 2016 with a total of 980 homes which are currently available on a resale only basis. This community was home to Alexander Homes for most of the 43-year build period, however, custom homes were allowed, leading to a large variety of floor plans being available as well as some unique floor plans which aren’t officially listed.
